I was sending flowers to my daughter in Al Ain as I live in the UK. The service has been brilliant and the bouquet stunning. They even added a balloon . I would highly recommend. Pictures were sent to me of the bouquet before it went out for delivery. I was updated until the flowers had been delivered. You couldnt ask for better service.

I’m in Australia and wanted balloons delivered in Al Ain. Their service was exceptional, fantastic balloon arrangement and very reasonably priced. The owner went over and above to ensure the delivery was made on time. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing experience today! Emad made a beautiful bouquet of flowers even though the order was last minute. He even had a delicious cake ready. It easy easy to speak to him to let him know what I wanted and he did a great job. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Thank you!

I found the shop online and decided to place my order. I was looking for a local flower shop where I would be assured that my order would be delivered. They were very prompt and followed up with my order immediately. They answered all my queries and are very accomodating. The prices are very reasonable and have a good variety of choices. They also offer packages or bundles which are of good value. Communication is very good with their very prompt responses. They are also reassuring and you could feel they value their customers. I was very satisfied with my order especially since I don't live locally and had to resort to online ordering and delivery. But was especially happy when the recipient received it. A smile that says a thousand words! Thank you very much! Much appreciated. Definitely recommended! Until my next order FlowerLakes!

Such a beautiful place and the workers there are very cooperative and understanding. Beautiful selection of flowers and great presentation techniques to the final product. Definitely recommend this place for any occasion you may need flowers for.
